d) verify the level of customer satisfaction with the products and services;
e) comply with any legal and contractual obligations deriving from the services requested by the customer.
The data may be communicated to the sales outlets of products and to other natural or legal persons responsible for managing the services, for similar processing with the same objectives.
The provision of data and permission by the interested party to process it for the above purposes is optional and failure to provide such data and/or to give permission will make it impossible for MTF SRL to process it for the above purposes.
The collective data can be communicated according to the articles 23 and 24 of the aforementioned Legislative Decree, to parent or controlled companies according to article 2334 or to natural or juridical persons who carry out specific services on behalf of MTF SRL or carry out specific or support activities connected to those.
Pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree n° 196 of 30-6-2003, the interested party may obtain access to his/her personal data at any time and request it to be updated, modified, integrated or deleted, save his/her right to object to the above processing for legitimate reasons at any time by writing to the Data Processor domiciled with the Data Holder, MTF SRL, at the address indicated in the contact section of this site.
